Convocation Ceremony of JCD Dental College, Sirsa

The Convocation Ceremony of JCD Dental College, Sirsa, along with other constituent colleges of JCD Vidyapeeth, was held on 5th March 2025. The Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar Ji was the Guest of Honour, and Shri Abhay Singh Chautala Ji, Chairman of JCD Memorial Trust, presided over the event.

Distinguished guests included the Cabinet Minister of Haryana, Shri Ranbir Singh Gangwa Ji; Smt. Kanta Chautala Ji; Shri Arjun Singh Chautala, Chairman of JCD Vidyapeeth; and Prof. (Dr.) Jai Parkash, Director General of JCD Vidyapeeth.

The program began with the Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji, planting a tree sapling, followed by the inauguration of a museum to be established in memory of Shri Om Prakash Chautala Ji.

The Convocation Ceremony commenced with the Academic Procession. During the ceremony, degrees were conferred upon 430 students. Additionally, 42 students were awarded Gold Medals in recognition of their outstanding academic performance in the annual university examinations.

In his Convocation Address, the Hon’ble Vice President of India encouraged the students to continue working hard with sincerity and integrity, and to strive to become role models and ideal citizens of our great nation.

Shri Abhay Singh Chautala Ji and Shri Arjun Chautala Ji presented mementoes to the Chief Guest and other dignitaries. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem.
